Administer employee benefits programs, including:
Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
Support and coordinate open enrollment processes
Maintain accurate benefits records within HRIS systems
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA)
Liaise with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors to resolve issues
Assist with leave of absence administration (FMLA, disability, etc.)
Process and reconcile benefits billing and invoices
Generate reports and analyze benefits data
Support employee communication and education on available benefits
